About Alice Ruckstuhl

Born and raised in Northwest Reno, Alice has always had a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and creative spirit of Northern Nevada. At 18, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a professional dance career—an experience that shaped her discipline, creativity, and connection with people from all walks of life. After seven years in LA, she returned home to Reno in the spring of 2024, ready to channel that same energy into real estate.

Alice now proudly serves Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Incline Village, and the surrounding areas, helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions—buying or selling a home. Known for her creative, attentive, and informative approach, Alice prioritizes clear communication, efficiency, and care in every transaction. Her clients appreciate her dedication, patience, and ability to make the process seamless and stress-free.

When she’s not helping clients, you can find Alice outdoors—backpacking, hiking, skiing, or snowboarding—or teaching dance to both children and adults. She loves Reno’s vibrant, artsy community and its balance between city life and mountain access.

Her motto, “Effort gets things done,” reflects her belief that every client deserves full attention, thoughtful guidance, and a genuine commitment to achieving their goals.

What my clients are saying

Jaime Larson

Alice was absolutely fantastic, she's professional and fun to talk to. If there's a question that you have but she doesn't have the answer in the moment she is always on top of getting the answer to you as soon as possible. I love that she also makes bowls for her clients for at the end of their closing on a home. If I ever have to move again, I would 100% work with her again and will with out a doubt be recommending her to any friends or family that might be looking to buy as well.

We can honestly say that we wouldn't be in our new home without Alice. She was our advocate and biggest supporter throughout the entire process. No question was too small, no challenge was too big, and she consistently went above and beyond to help us navigate every detail. Her expertise is outstanding, but it's her kindness, patience, and genuine investment in her clients that make her truly exceptional. We are so thankful for her partnership and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.Alice makes the home-buying experience personal and sentimental. I couldn't imagine having anyone but Alice support us through this process.
